Ingredients

• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 Medium red onion or 2 shallots
• 2 Large garlic cloves or 4 small, cut into thin slices
• 24 Sungold or other small, sweet cherry tomato variety
• 2 pinches Salt
• 3-4 tbsp Herbs (parsley, thyme, basil, dill, etc., or a mix)
• 4 tbsp Butter
• 250g Spaghettini
• 2 tbsp Salt (for water)
• 1/2 cup Pasta water
