Ingredients

• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed + quartered
• 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
• 3/4 C + 1 T caster sugar
• 3 eggs, room temperature
• 1/2 C half + half
• 1 T vanilla bean paste
• dash of salt
• 1/4 C all-purpose flour
• 2 firm apples, peeled + diced
• 1 T orange juice
• 1 t ground cinnamon
• 1/4 t ground cloves
• 1/8 t ground nutmeg
• For the whipped cream:
• 2 C heavy whipping cream
• 1/8 t ground cinnamon
• 3 T powdered sugar
