• 1/4 cup Dutch cocoa
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 3 cups heavy cream, divided
• 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
• 2 T powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 pint blackberries
• 2 pints raspberries
