Creamy Veg Stir Fry recipe by Fatima Latib

Ingredients

• Baby corn - steamed in microwave for approximately 9 minutes depending on microwave with some water
• 100g butter
• 2 teaspoons Aromat (a South African Spice)
• 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon @sujees_gourmet_food green masala
• 1 teaspoon cajun spice
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
• Add all veggies once steamed and drained
• Allow to simmer for a few minutes
• Add ¼ cup fresh cream
