• 2 Carrots chopped
• 1 stick Celery chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 1 tsp Ground Cumin
• 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
• 3 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 large Onion chopped
• 1 Red Chilli deseeded and finely chopped
• 0 Salt
• 2 SuperValu Butternut Squash cut into quarters lengthways and deseeded
• 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Sage chopped, plus extra to garnish
• 2 sprigs SuperValu Fresh Thyme leaves stripped, plus extra to garnish
• 1 1/2 litres Vegetable Stock
