• 1 yellow onion, minced
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• 1/2 tsp. allspice
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
• 1 tbsp. dry mustard
• 1 1/2 lb. ground veal
• 1 c. smoked meat, thinly sliced
• 1 c. cheese curds
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
