- 1 1.1/2cup milk
- 1/4 cup semolina - sooji
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup refined flour - maida
- 1 tbsp custard powder - vanilla flavour
- 2 tbsp milk powder/ dry milk
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 -4 tbsp sugar - increase or decrease as per your taste
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts - almonds, cashews, pistachios
- A handful of raisins
- Oil/ ghee for frying
