Papillote: fancy word for paper! The steam from the parchment makes really moist salmon. It’s also fun to open your own packet at dinner!

- 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt, to taste
- ground black pepper, to taste (omit for AIP)
