- 50g caster sugar
- 50g butter or margarine
- 75g self raising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- if its dry add a little milk :)
- you can add choc chips, banana, cherries or whateva to this aswell :)
- FOR THE ICING
- 75g butter
- 150g icing sugar
- some hot water
- if you want to put sweets or choclolate on top you can do that aswell :)
