Sri Lankan Fish Rolls

Ingredients

• 240 g flour
• 1/2 cup milk (can use water as well)
• 1 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 250 g Tuna (drained) (/ two 5oz cans)
• 2 medium potatoes boiled and mashed
• 1 carrot (shredded)
• 1/2 cup leek thinly sliced
• 1/2 onion chopped
• 2 green chilies chopped
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp oil
• Oil
• Breadcrumbs
