- 1 cup baby portabella mushrooms

- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, diced
- 1 cup Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup green olives, sliced
- 2 tbsp Bella Sun Luci olive oil
- Pepper and salt to taste
