- 150 g 10 digestive biscuits
- 30 g Margarine
- 1 tin crushed pineapple
- 6 Sheets of gelatine
- 400 ml Skimmed or semi-skimmed milk
- 4 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
- 150 g Philadelphia light cream cheese
- 200 ml Curd cheese
- 3 tbsp Pressed lemon juice
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 3 tbs Hermesetas Granulated
- 100 ml Cold skimmed milk
- Pieces of fresh or tinned pineapple
- Fresh or frozen berries
- Lemon balm or mint
