Fresh peach salsa made with simple ingredients and finished with Fustini’s oils for bright flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 peaches, pitted and diced
- 2 nectarines, pitted and diced
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 chile pepper (Serrano, Jalapeno - depending on heat)
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Peach balsamic
- salt to taste
