Ingredients

• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 4 oz cream cheese
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 5-7 tbsp ice-cold water
• 1 leek
• 1 tsp salt
• 6 tbsp unsalted butter
• ¾ cup frozen spinach
• ½ lb sweet potato
• 4 eggs
• 5 slices bacon
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ⅔ cup whole milk
