• 1/3 cup chopped mixed candied fruit
• 1/3 cup raisins
• Extra flour for kneading
• Icing, sifted (optional)
• 1 cup icing sugar
• 1 tbsp water
• 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
• 1/2 tsp almond extract
