Ouisie's Chicken Fried Steak with Pepper Gravy in Biscuits

• 2 8- oz. pieces trimmed beef top round, pounded to a 1⁄4" thickness and cut into sixths
• 1⁄2 cups beef stock
• 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
• 6 dashes Tabasco
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
• 1⁄4 tsp. cayenne
