• 2 cups mango, diced
• 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
• 1/4 cup coriander, chopped
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 400g white fish fillet
• 2 tbsp Culley’s Mexikai Taco Seasoning
