Cheesecake Squares – Pamela's Products

Ingredients

• CRUST
• ⅔ cup pecans, toasted and finely chopped
• 6 TBSP butter, cold and cut in small pieces
• ¾ cup Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend
• ⅓ cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• FILLING
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese (not whipped), room temperature
• 2 eggs, beaten, room temperature
• ¼ cup milk
• 2 TBSP lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla
• optional: ½ cup raspberry preserves
