• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon packed lemon zest, from 1 lemon
• 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, from 1 lemon
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 6 large eggs
