Ingredients

• 1 tbsp ground flax seed
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp oil
• 1 cup plant milk (we used almond)
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1-2 tsp maple syrup or agave
• 1/2 cup blueberries
