• 1 Lb. Ground Beef
• 1/2 Lb. Ground Veal
• 1/2 Lb. Ground Pork
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Cup, Freshly Grated Parmesan
• 1 1/2 Tbsp, Chopped Parsley
• 1/2 Small Clove, Peeled and Minced Garlic to Taste
• Salt to Taste
• Pepper to Taste
• 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
