• 2 tsp of fenugreek
• 2 tbsp of Manuka honey
• 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
• 1 egg
• 1 banana
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1 tsp of ground ginger
• 3 cups of rolled oats
• 2 tbsp of peanut butter
