• 1¼ cup cake flour
• ½ cup all purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• ⅛ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp dried cherries
• ¾ cup + 1-2 tbsp sugar, divided
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• ½ tsp Amoretti® Natural Almond O.S. Extract
• ⅛ tsp Amoretti® Orange Zest Oil O.S. Extract
• ¾ tsp Amoretti® Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla W.S. 2X
• ¼ cup Amoretti® Natural Pistachio Flour
• ½ cup pistachios, lightly toasted and coarsely chopped
