Chicken Schezwan | My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• ½ kg chicken fillet cut into strips or thick cubes.
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon Chinese salt ( zeal )
• 1 tablespoon soya sauce
• 3 tablespoon flour
• 3 tablespoon corn flour
• 1 egg
• Handful spring onion
• 1 onion chopped and opened
• 2 dry chillies
• 2 sliced fresh green chilli
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 1 teaspoon red chilli paste .
• ¼ cup Jojos chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon soya sauce
• 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• Salt to taste
• ¼ cup water
