Chicken Schezwan || Restaurant Style Chinese Recipe By Cook With Faiza

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken (cut in cubes)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
• 4 tbsp cornflour
• 2 eggs
• 4 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
• 5 green chilli (cut in two)
• 4 dry whole red chilli
• 1 large onion (cut in cubes and separate the layers)
• 1/2 cup spring onion
• 4 tbsp Schezwan sauce
• 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
• 2 tbsp dark soya sauce
• 1 & 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 2 medium bellpepper (cut in cubes)
• 3 cups hot water
• 2 knorr chicken cubes
• 2 tbsp cornflour (mixed with) water
