Ingredients: One 7-ounce package frozen pie crust; 4 cups berries (we used equal parts blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and quartered strawberries); Zest and juice of 1 lemon; ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract; ½ cup granulated sugar; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; Pinch of sea salt; 1 large egg; 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar

A berry galette is easy to assemble, and the crust doesn't have to be perfect. Just pile the fruit in the center, fold the edge over and bake.
