Ingredients

• 1 cup (250 mL) parboiled long grain rice
• 1/4 cup (50 mL) seasoned bread crumbs
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 1 lb (500 g) lean minced Ontario Veal
• 1/2 tsp (2 mL) each salt and cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) minced fresh dill
