Saucy Chicken Pies recipe by Faadila Naveed Ahmad

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon ground green chillies or as required
• Salt to taste
• 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 heap teaspoon red chilli powder
• 4 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric
• ½ cup steers chicken marinade
• Add marinated chicken and cook few minutes, then add sago and cook on low heat until done. Last add in 2 tablespoon tomato sauce and take off heat.
• 1 cup grated cheese
• 2 boiled and finely cubed potatoes
