Ingredients

• 2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack

• 2 thinly sliced bell pepper
• 1/2 thinly sliced onion
• 1 pound of chopped chicken meat
• 1 sliced avocado
• 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
• 2 thinly sliced fresh chives
• 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano

• 1 pinch of black pepper
• 1 ounce of sour cream
