• 50 ml oil
• 1 pack of Mestemacher kebab bread
• 2 tomatoes
• ½ cucumber
• ½ iceberg lettuce
• ½ small head of red cabbage
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. of white wine vinegar
• 150 grams of Turkish full-fat yoghurt
• 1 handful of parsley
• 1 tbsp. of olive oil
• 1 tsp. of white wine vinegar
• salt, pepper
