• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1.25 teaspoons dried Mexican oregano
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
• salt to taste
