Ingredients
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Half teaspoon nutmeg
- Add to the egg mixture and combine.
- 2 and half cups grated carrots
- ¾ cup sugar
- Add to the egg mixture. Mix well.
- Buttercream frosting:
- 125gr margerine
- 1 & half cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional).
