Paneer Tikka Pizza – Pepkitchen

Ingredients

• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1/2 red capsicum (chopped)
• 3 medium tomato (chopped)
• 6 cloves garlic (chopped)
• 2 tsp oil
• 1 tsp tandoori masala
• 1 tsp sugar
• salt (to taste)
• 1/2 red capsicum (diced into cubes)
• 1/2 green capsicum (diced into cubes)
• 1 small tomato (deseeded and diced into cubes)
• 100 g paneer (cottage cheese, diced into cubes)
• 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• 1 tsp red chili sauce
• 1 tbsp thick curd (or hung curd if possible)
• 2 wholemeal pizza base
• prepared pizza sauce
• Pizza toppings
• 2 tbsp black olives
• 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
• 2 tbsp fetta cheese (or crumbled paneer (optional))
• 2 tsp tandoori masala (to sprinkle)
• salt (to sprinkle)
