Stuffed Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 beaten egg
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• Dash pepper
• 1/2 lb. ground pork
• 1/2 lb. ground beef (or just 1 lb. beef
• instead of the pork)
• 3/4 c. cooked rice
• 6 large or 12 medium cabbage leaves
• 1-10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
• 1 TBL brown sugar
• 1 TBL lemon juice
