Summer Melon Salad – Chefanie

Ingredients

• 1 honeydew melon, cut into balls with a melon baller
• 1 cantaloupe melon, cut into balls with a melon baller
• 1/2 pound of fresh bocconcini
• 1/4 pound of prosciutto, ripped and folded into 1 inch pieces
• Handful of arugula
• 6 Basil leaves
