Cuban Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 12 x 18 sheets of aluminum foil per serving
• 1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
• 4 bone-in pork loin chops- � � thick
• 1 can (15oz) sweet potatoes in syrup, drained
• 1/3 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
• 1 � tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp garlic salt��
• 1 tsp hot sauce��.. ( Tabasco or such)
