• 1/2 c Sucanat
• 1/3 c soft butter
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 3 large eggs
• 1 c chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
• 1/2 c chopped walnuts
• 2 c Summers Sprouted Wheat Flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
