- 1 1/2 cups low-moisture part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp mashed roasted garlic (see tip)
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
