• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• 2-3 tbsp. sugar
• 3 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and diced
• 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
• 6 to 8 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• up to 1 tablespoon cinnamon
