• 1 pound Premio Premio’s Sweet Italian Sausage , casings removed
• Butter
• 1 pound portabella mushrooms, sliced
• Pinch of salt
• 1/4 cup white wine
• 1 large red onion peeled, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic chopped
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 small jar artichoke hearts -drained
• 1 small jar roasted red peppers- drained and sliced
• Pinch of Cayenne
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 head broccoli florets, blanched
• 1 pound penne pasta
