• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1-1/4 cups sugar
• 3 egg room temperature
• 1/4 cup Karo^® Light Corn Syrup
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Argo^® Baking Powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
• 1/3 cup semi-sweet, dark OR milk chocolate chips
