Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 knob of butter
• 2-3 cloves of garlic
• 1 medium brown onion
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons tomato puree
• 2 tins of your favourite crushed tomatoes (or hand crush your own)
• 1 handful of fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• pepper to taste
