Vineyard Glazed Roast Chicken « Gourmet Safari

Ingredients

• 1 roasting chicken
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp each, sea salt and coarsely ground pepper
• 3 cups Ontario Concord blue grapes (substitute 4 cups red grapes if you can’t find blue grapes)
• 2 tbsp each brown sugar and balsamic vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 cup water
