• 12 Ounces Button Mushrooms, sliced
• 6 Tablespoons Butter
• 1 Small Onion, thinly sliced
• 3¼ Cups Chicken Broth
• 1 Sprig of Flat Parsley
• 3 Tablespoons Sherry, do not use cooking Sherry, I used Pastora Fino Sherry from Trader Joe’s
