• 2 x Dessertspoons of Rice Wine Vinegar
• 1 x Dessertspoon of Soy Sauce
• 1 x Teaspoon of Salt
• 2 x Dessertspoons of Mango Chutney
• 4 x Cloves of Garlic, grated
• Juice and Zest of one Lemon
• 2 x Tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
• 1 x Tablespoon of Brown Sauce
• 1 x Dessertspoon of Worcestershire Sauce / Hendersons Relish
• 1 x Tablespoon of Hoisin Sauce
• 1 x Tablespoon of Golden Syrup
• Good Grind of Black Pepper
