- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice (4-5 lemons…buy 6 to be safe!)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
