Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ cup orange juice
- 4 to 7 medium apples (you will need 4-5 apples for a 12-cup Bundt pan or 6-7 apples for a 15-cup pan)
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
