• 2 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
• 2 C. rolled oats
• 1 C. finely ground, flaked sweetened coconut
• 1/2 C. + 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 C. + 1 Tbsp. Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
• 2 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
• 2 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
• 4 1/2 tsp. milk
• 3 C. powdered sugar, sifted
