• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 small yellow onion (finely chopped)
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 2 red bell peppers (cut into thin slices)
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp dried sage
• ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (more for serving)
• ¾ cup low sodium chicken broth
• ¼ cup green pesto
• ¾ cup cream (20% fat)
