Ingredients

• 16 ounces Pork Sausage cooked, crumbled, drained
• 1 medium Yellow Onion finely chopped
• 1-1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
• 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
• 2/3 cup Red Bell Pepper finely chopped
• 1/3 cup Fresh Basil finely chopped
• 2 loaves French Bread 3/4" thick slices
• 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
• 1-1/2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary finely chopped, optional
• 3/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper optional
